Espoonlahti nature reserve is also known by the name Fiskarsin mäki. We recommend visiting the area particular in springtime when colourful spring flowers grow underneath the lofty lime trees, hazel bushes and Scots elms. Walking along the signposted routes, visitors have a chance to admire a variety of spring flowers such as anemones. There is also an observation tower along the route to cherish the vistas across the reed fields to the sea or to spot even an osprey fishing. In summertime, cattle grazing in the reeds and on the meadows take care of the maintenance of the nature reserve.
