Tremanskärr’s impressive raised bog in its natural state, the rocky forests with the coniferous valleys and the Kurkijärvi forest pond ensure that the nature trail is a magnificent experience. The almost 4-kilometre Tremanskärr nature trail runs largely in a nature reserve. Thanks to conservation, the bogland remains in its natural state and is one of the most diverse bogs in the Greater Helsinki Region. Visitors who come in the right season may even find cloudberries or cranberries along the route. A quiet hiker could be lucky enough to meet an elk.
