Destination information
Lillfjärden bay is best reached from the strait on the eastern side of Fallholm. Visitors must take care to avoid the rock in the strait. The bay can also be entered via the Granholmen strait on the western side.
Each island in the Lillfjärden recreation area has rest places with campfire sites and dry toilets. Hästö has also a jetty and a sandy beach suitable for swimming.
The nearest shop and boat service station is in Kabböle on the mainland, approximately 12 kilometres away to the north. It is possible to launch boat and kayaks there. There is a day parking fee for visitors arriving by car. Up-to-date information is available on the Kabböle Marina webpage.
Accessibility
There are no unobstructed services in Lillfjärden, but the Hastö beach and rest area are accessible. There is a sturdy jetty in Hastö and the route from the jetty to the rest area is relatively flat and accessible. The other islands in Lillfjärden do not have jetties.
